  • Liability for any loss, damage, accident, illness, or injury occurring during a trip is limited according to the laws governing the jurisdiction in which The Company operates.

6. Changes to Itinerary:

  • The Company reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, efforts will be made to provide equivalent alternatives.
  • If significant changes are made before departure, The Client has the option to accept the change or receive a refund.

7. Travel Insurance:

  • The Company strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
  • The Client is responsible for ensuring that their insurance coverage is adequate for their needs.

8. Complaints and Disputes:

  • Any complaints should be immediately reported to The Company or the service provider.
  • Disputes will be addressed in a timely manner and may require legal arbitration in accordance with local laws.

10. Agreement:
